Return Policy

At UpperPin, we want you to be happy with your purchases. We understand that there will be times when the item is delivered, it turns out not to be exactly what you expected. We try our best to accommodate your needs, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy. We will provide a shipping label for you to return your purchase.  You will receive a full refund if you return within 30 days.

 

Notify us within 30 days:

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item. Custom orders are not covered by this Return Policy and cannot be returned for a refund. Please first contact customer service on the Contact Us page to begin the return process for returns. Returns will not be accepted after the 30 days have passed.

 

Condition of the item:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original unused new condition as when you received it. The item must also be packed in its original box and packaging to avoid being damaged by the shipping company. All original materials included with the shipment must be returned. If received in any other condition than stated above, we will not be able to process your return.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will send a notification to you. We will inspect the item and notify you of the status of the return. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), which can take from 5-7 business days.
